Toyota's GR performance lineup has been updated for 2025, introducing enhancements in driving dynamics, design, and features. Alongside upgrades to the GR86, GR Yaris, and GR Corolla, two new special editions—the GR86 Limited Edition and GR Supra Track Edition—join the Australian lineup. The 2025 Toyota GR Corolla GTS Australian Version now comes with an expanded feature set, including a newly available automatic transmission. Its 1.6-litre turbocharged three-cylinder engine generates 221kW, now paired with an increased 400Nm of torque—a 30Nm improvement over the previous version. Power is sent to all four wheels through either a six-speed manual transmission or a newly introduced eight-speed automatic transmission. The front lower grille has been widened, optimizing airflow to key cooling components such as the radiator, intercooler, brake ducts, and transmission fluid cooler. A larger, high-output cooling fan further aids in managing transmission temperatures.
