2025 Rolls-Royce Phantom Goldfinger
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars presents a unique one-of-one Phantom Extended inspired by the iconic 1964 James Bond film, Goldfinger. The car pays tribute to Auric Goldfinger's 1937 Phantom III Sedanca de Ville, highlighting a blend of craftsmanship and references to the film’s plot. Phantom Goldfinger incorporates some of Rolls-Royce’s most intricate Bespoke features, each connected to scenes and themes from the Goldfinger movie. The car's development spanned three years, with details like a sculptural Gallery and a gold golf putter housed in the boot, reminiscent of the club used by Goldfinger himself.
The 2025 Rolls-Royce Phantom Goldfinger is a unique one-of-one model inspired by the 1964 James Bond film, Goldfinger, paying homage to the original 1937 Phantom III Sedanca de Ville.
This model integrates Bespoke features that connect to Goldfinger’s plot, like a gold golf putter in the boot, inspired by Auric Goldfinger's signature club.
The two-tone yellow and black exterior matches the original Phantom III Sedanca de Ville used in the film, incorporating modern design elements like black and silver 21-inch disc wheels.
The Spirit of Ecstasy figurine on the car is a solid silver piece with an 18-carat gold-plated effect, symbolizing hidden wealth, inspired by the film’s gold-smuggling theme.
Inside, the center console features an illuminated 18-carat gold bar, echoing the Phantom's Bespoke design while celebrating Goldfinger’s gold motif.
The Starlight Headliner replicates the night sky over the Furka Pass on the final day of Goldfinger filming, with 719 gold-hued stars and eight shooting stars, all hand-placed.
A 22-carat gold inlay on the picnic tables includes a map of Fort Knox, a nod to Goldfinger's plan in the film to seize the U.S. gold reserves.
The interior design uses Navy leather and Royal Walnut veneer to highlight the car’s gold detailing, reflecting the refined luxury theme of the original film vehicle.
Bespoke elements reference scenes from Goldfinger, including a 007 projector in the luggage compartment, inspired by Bond's tracking device from the movie.
The British registration plate "AU 1", symbolizing the element gold (Au), is retained on the car, tying back to Goldfinger’s character in the Bond franchise.
2025 Phantom Extended Goldfinger: Exterior Design
The Phantom Goldfinger exterior uses a two-tone paint scheme in yellow and black, matching the Phantom III Sedanca de Ville from the movie. The 21-inch disc wheels feature a black and silver color scheme, adding a striking visual reminiscent of the film. The Spirit of Ecstasy is a solid silver piece with a gold-plated reveal effect, crafted to subtly reference Auric Goldfinger's smuggling tactics. Rolls-Royce specialists achieved this gold reveal by using an 18-carat gold overlay on silver, nodding to the villain's penchant for hidden luxury.
Interior: Hidden Gold Details
Inspired by Goldfinger, the Bespoke Collective has integrated 18- and 24-carat gold into the interior’s finer elements. A hidden vault in the center console features an illuminated, solid 18-carat gold bar shaped as a Phantom ‘Speedform.’ The console’s base and glovebox interiors are lined with gold, and the glovebox lid carries Goldfinger's memorable quote: “This is Gold, Mr. Bond. All my life, I have been in love with its color, its brilliance, its divine heaviness.” Air vents and speaker frets have a gold finish, and treadplates mirror gold bars from the film, marked with the classic Goldfinger font. A special 24-carat VIN plate ends in “007” as a tribute to the film.
Furka Pass Gallery
The Phantom’s Gallery showcases Bespoke artwork depicting an isoline map of the Furka Pass—a key location from Goldfinger where Bond tracks Goldfinger. The stainless steel art piece was darkened using physical vapor deposition, with contour lines engraved to reveal a brighter metal beneath. The design, perfected after ten prototypes, also features a Bespoke clock inspired by the Bond films’ iconic gun barrel sequence.
Furka Pass Starlight Headliner
The Starlight Headliner mirrors the constellations over Furka Pass on the final day of Goldfinger filming, July 11, 1964. 719 stars with a warm gold hue, along with eight shooting stars, replicate the night sky over the Swiss Alps, all meticulously placed by hand.
Picnic Table Inlay: Map to Gold Reserves
The Phantom’s Royal Walnut picnic tables include a 22-carat gold inlay with a detailed map of Fort Knox, referencing Goldfinger’s Operation Grand Slam plot. This intricate design includes locations like Gold Vault Road and Bullion Boulevard, perfected over three prototypes during six months of development.
Interior Colorway: The Gold Standard
The Phantom Goldfinger interior is crafted from Navy leather and Royal Walnut veneer to elegantly complement the gold accents. The seats, including rear reclining Serenity Seating, are finished with gold stitching and feature gold-colored bullets and ‘RR’ monograms on the headrests, inspired by the luxurious details of the original Phantom III interior.

Additionally, the umbrellas stored in the car’s doors are adorned in colors matching Oddjob’s in the movie, adding another layer of film-inspired detail.
