Performance Upgrades

With quicker acceleration times, the updated models surpass previous versions. For instance, the Taycan GTS and Taycan Turbo S now reach 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and 2.4 seconds, respectively. The Sport Chrono package includes a "push-to-pass" feature, enabling a 10-second power boost of up to 70 kW, with system output increased by up to 140 kW in top models.

The updated Taycan GTS boasts up to 678 km of range (WLTP), representing a 35% increase over prior models. Charging capabilities have also improved, with a maximum rate of 320 kW at DC stations and faster charge windows for the performance battery. A 10–80% charge at 15 degrees Celsius now takes just 18 minutes, even with the larger battery.

Advanced Chassis and Suspension

All 2025 Taycan models come standard with adaptive air suspension. The Porsche Active Ride system, available on all-wheel-drive versions, balances comfort and performance, maintaining body stability and optimizing handling in dynamic conditions. This suspension system also adapts to bumps and road irregularities for a smoother drive.

Efficiency Improvements

Performance and efficiency improvements come from several upgrades, including a new rear-axle motor, advanced pulse inverter, next-gen heat pump, and updated thermal management. The Taycan GTS now includes aerodynamically optimized wheels and reduced-rolling-resistance tires, with new 21-inch wheel options designed specifically for greater efficiency.

Enhanced Standard Equipment

While weighing up to 15 kg less than previous models, the updated Taycan GTS comes with an expanded list of standard features. These include ambient lighting, ParkAssist with a reversing camera, folding mirrors with lighting, heated seats, wireless charging, dual-side charging ports, and adaptive air suspension for base models.

Refined Design Elements

With updated front and rear styling, the Taycan GTS achieves a cleaner, more streamlined look. High-resolution HD matrix headlights provide clearer night visibility, while the three-dimensional Porsche logo on the rear light strip adds a unique design touch. The Turbo and Turbo S models are further differentiated by the accent color Turbonite.

Optimized Controls and Displays

The control layout in the Taycan GTS has been refined for ease of use, featuring an updated instrument cluster and central display. Apple CarPlay is now more deeply integrated, and the new In-Car Video function enables video streaming on central and passenger displays, enhancing in-car entertainment.
