About the Car

2025 Nissan Qashqai

New design and new technological content for Nissan Qashqai, the pioneer of crossovers is renewed and sets new benchmarks in the segment.

Three and a half years after the launch of the third generation that has recorded three, 350,000 units sold in Europe, the new Qashqai consolidates and enhances the strengths that have always determined its success.

New exterior design

The new Qashqai has an even more modern design, characterized by sharp lines and a completely redesigned front to give the car a greater visual impact.

The new grid, reminiscent of the ancient armour of the Japanese samurai, is composed of dozens of three-dimensional elements of glossy black color with satin chrome details for the elements located under the headlights, a contrast that reproduces, in an unprecedented and modern way, the typical V-Motion front of the Nissan models. In addition, a combination of matching elements with the bodywork and polished black finishes I help enhance the distinctive character of the front.

The new optical groups have even sharper lines and are equipped with a dazzling module, combined with a smaller unit for a wider and more effective distribution of the light beam. Under the main lens, the daytime running lights consist of five small lenses whose shape reproduces that of the grid elements. The upper element of the daytime running lights performs the function of a direction indicator, for the first time equipped with sequential lights (depending on the set-up). The new headlights are characterized, on the outer edge, by an unpublished inscription "Nissan" illuminated.

The rear lights, which keep their line unchanged and now have transparent lenses, present a new composition of the lights inside them, with four individual elements with shades of color known as "super red" (available from the N-Design set-up) that gives a sense of high precision and modernity. The thin boomerang element that frames the top side of the optical group now incorporates the direction signal.

The bumper, completely redesigned, is glossy black for the top-of-the-range versions and matching the bodywork on the new N-Design version.

Always for the top-of-the-range versions, glossy black finishes for the design of the doors and the wheel arches and new 19" and 20" alloy wheels, with new designs that contribute to enhance the sporty character of the car.

The N-Connecta version is equipped with new 18" alloy wheels with diamond cut.

Three new colors for the exterior: Pearl White – with particularly pure and bright reflections – Pearl Black – which replaces the previous black option and is characterized by even deeper tones – and Deep Ocean – an eye-catching shade that veers from dark blue to green water according to light conditions.

The five colors of the Qashqai - Pearl White, Deep Ocean, Fuji Red, Magnetic Blue and Ceramic Grey - are all available in two-tone version, with black roof for a more distinctive look.

New set-up N-Design

The range of Nissan Qashqai is enriched by the new N-Design trim, with the doorman moldings and wheel arches matching the bodywork and new 20" alloy wheels that give the car a greater presence on the road.

New coatings and interior finishes

For the top-of-the-range versions, the interiors are embellished with Alcantara inserts - on the dashboard, door armrests, upper part of the central console and knee pads - from decorative motifs in the gearbox area and above the glove box and new upholstery for the seat in quilted leather and eco-leather.

The N-Design version has black quilted leather seats, with Alcantara inserts and "Qashqai" in embossed writing under the headrest.

New ambient lighting available from the N-Connecta version, with LEDs discreetly positioned and adjustable for intensity and color by the driver and/or the passenger via the central infotainment screen.

New digital technologies

Digital technologies and information available on cars are increasingly crucial in conditioning customer purchase choices. For this reason, Nissan has optimized the systems of the new Qashqai to make the driving experience even safer, more convenient and practical.

One of the most appreciated technologies by Qashqai customers is the Around View Monitor [AVM], which through four perimeter cameras reproduces on the central display of the Infotainment a 360-degree view of the car, very useful during the manoeuvring at low speed. The system has been improved with the 3D function, which in addition to the top view allows you to individually select one of the 8 views between front, rear, the 2 sides and those of the 4 corners of the car, to identify in greater detail any obstacles not visible. The Around View Monitor also works in conjunction with the acoustic detection and signaling system of moving objects near the car, for greater safety during the manoeuvring phase.

The Around View Monitor uses the front camera to reproduce the images of the front wheels and the surrounding portion of the road, as if the driver were looking at them from behind through the transparent engine compartment and bonnet. This allows precise maneuvers in narrow places, in the presence of curbs, steps or concrete road bollards avoiding possible damage to wheels and bodywork.

Another new function of the AVM system allows you to save the most used parking points (Parking Spot Location Memory). The car, via GPS, automatically recognizes them and facilitates maneuvers for a perfect position of the car even in the case of reduced parking spaces.

The wide-angle front camera also allows you to safely tackle intersections or exits from tight spaces with limited visibility, reproducing on the central screen of the Infotainment a wider side view than that offered by the driver’s seat. As with the most used car parks, low-lying frontal seats can also be stored in the AVM’s GPS memory, which will be activated automatically.

Some improvements have also been made to the TFT screen behind the steering wheel, which now changes color depending on driving modes: red in Sport mode, green in Eco mode, light gray in standard mode.

Updated advanced driver assistance systems

Improve the safety on board of the new Qashqai, with more responsive driver assistance systems that ensure better control in every situation.

Automatic emergency braking has a more effective detection system and intervenes more quickly in the event of a risk of a collision with other cars, cyclists or pedestrians.

If, when travelling at speeds above 60 km/h, the driver brakes abruptly, the rear brake lights will flash to signal to drivers of the cars that follow an emergency situation.

At each start of the car, moreover, the warning and prevention system inadvertent lane is automatically activated, which intervenes for speeds of more than 60 km / h.

The system that helps the driver to meet the speed limits has been updated. The maximum speed allowed, detected by the GPS and the front camera that reads the road signs, is indicated in the instrument panel through an icon that begins to flash in case of speeding, followed by an audible signal (novelty) if the driver does not slow down.

On the car is now available the Driver Assist Custom, which allows you to adjust, through the steering wheel controls, the intervention of the different assistance technologies according to your driving style and memorize the profile of the driver that can be recalled at every start of the car.

New connectivity services

The new Qashqai is the first vehicle in the European Nissan range with the integrated Google suite, which ensures faster and more effective digital interaction with the car.

The car is also available with Google Maps and once logged in with a personal Google account, the driver can find favorite places and points of interest, reducing mobile phone dependency, with maps that are always updated in real time.

Just say “Hey Google” and use a series of voice commands to control the vehicle’s ventilation system, seat heating, windshield heating, set the target of the navigator, or make phone calls, all while keeping the mames on the wheel and eyes on the road.

Through Google Play, you can access and download apps, listen to music, podcasts and audiobooks, and much more directly from the vehicle.

The Nissan Connected Services have been updated and now remind customers to close their car or windows if they remain open a minute after the engine is shut down. Thanks to the “stolen vehicle monitoring” service (available for a fee with annual subscription) the system notifies the owner if the vehicle is married without his knowledge. In case of theft, it will be possible to manage its recovery – also abroad – through the service provider who collaborates with local law enforcement agencies.

Finally, Qashqai customers can access Amazon’s Alexa smart home system and from the car’s cockpit they can ask to play music, listen to news, check weather forecasts, manage home automation systems.

e-POWER, Nissan’s exclusive electrified powertrain

e-POWER is Nissan’s revolutionary electrified, patented electric powertrain, unique in the automotive landscape, which has been a huge success in Europe since its launch in 2022.

e-POWER consists of an electric motor that moves the wheels of the car and a thermal engine that produces electricity. In no case is the thermal power transmitted directly to the wheels. The driving pleasure is typical of EVs with brilliant and linear acceleration, but no plug on the plug and to recharge the energy just fill up the gasoline tank. e-POWER is the best electrified solution available, alternative to diesel and a real transition element towards 100% electric mobility. In addition, low noise emissions and low vibrations ensure maximum silence and comfort on board.

More than 100,000 customers in Europe have already chosen the driving pleasure and low fuel consumption of Nissan e-POWER technology.

A completely revamped Qashqai

In bringing the new Nissan Qashqai to life, the challenge of designers, engineers, planning and production managers has been to maintain the essence of the car, consolidate the strengths that have always determined its success and bring improvements and technological innovations capable of strengthening the bond with customers.

The new Qashqai is manufactured at Nissan’s Sunderland plant, where more than 1.3 million units have been built since the first generation launch in 2007.

Qashqai is the most produced model at the Sunderland plant, which built its 11th million vehicles last summer since the start of production in 1986.
