2025 Jetour Shanhai T1

On October 27, Jetour launched the 2025 Shanhai T1, a compact plug-in hybrid SUV that is available in three different models. With a price range of 154,800 to 174,800 yuan, this new offering from Jetour features a load-bearing body and a maximum pure electric range of 150 km under CLTC conditions. Currently, the models available only offer a two-wheel-drive option. Additionally, Jetour has introduced the off-road 3.0 concept, focusing on five key elements: off-road capability, safety, and connected technologies.

Exterior Design

The 2025 Jetour Shanhai T1's exterior design shares similarities with the Shanhai T2. The front features headlights connected to the center grille, with unique daytime running lights that enhance its bold look. The grille is equipped with additional lighting elements, while the black front bumper provides a crossover design touch.


On the side, the Shanhai T1 has a floating roof design with black accents on the wheel eyebrows. The vehicle's front windshield and four door windows are made of double-layer laminated glass for improved noise reduction. The car's dimensions are 4706mm in length, 1967mm in width, and 1845mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2810mm. The rear design echoes the front, with taillights shaped similarly to the headlights, and a distinctive central decorative element. The rear bumper is also substantial, complementing the vehicle’s rugged appearance.
The Shanhai T1 is designed for off-road capability, offering a 28-degree approach angle, a 29-degree departure angle, 200mm of ground clearance, and a 600mm wading depth. It also has a towing capacity of 1.6 tons.


Interior Features

Inside, the Shanhai T1 adopts a tough, rugged aesthetic with a luxury touch, including stitched details on the center console. The co-pilot area features a textured decorative panel. The car is equipped with a full LCD instrument cluster and a 15.6-inch floating center console screen, presenting a simple, intuitive interface. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, the car includes physical air-conditioning buttons below the screen.


Practical features include a 50W wireless fast charging pad, 60W Type-C fast charging ports in both the front and rear, and advanced safety assistance systems such as blind-spot monitoring, automatic emergency braking, and lane departure warnings. The Shanhai T1 also offers terrain mode selection, a rear axle differential lock, and a panoramic camera system. The front seats are electric-adjustable and support heating and ventilation functions, with modes like nap mode and big bed mode for added comfort. The seats are designed with Shuyun technology to ensure ergonomic support and formaldehyde-free materials. Additionally, the trunk features seatbacks that fold flat to maximize storage capacity, along with a 45L sunken storage space. The vehicle is equipped with a car refrigerator and projector as added convenience features.


Powertrain and Performance

The Shanhai T1 is powered by Chery's Kunpeng super hybrid C-DM technology. It is equipped with a 1.5TD hybrid engine, offering a thermal efficiency of 44.5%, a maximum power output of 156 horsepower (115 kW), and a peak torque of 220 Nm. The two-wheel-drive version includes a single motor that delivers 204 horsepower (150 kW) and 310 Nm of torque. The vehicle also incorporates a lithium iron phosphate battery, with a CLTC pure electric range of 150 km and a combined range of up to 1,300 km. Fuel consumption is rated at 5.89L/100 km in power-feeding mode.


The Shanhai T1 supports fast charging, achieving a 30%-80% charge in just 30 minutes at normal temperatures, or 35 minutes at -20°C. It also supports 6.6 kW external discharge for additional power needs.


The 2025 Jetour Shanhai T1 is positioned as a versatile hybrid SUV, with an emphasis on rugged design, off-road capabilities, and advanced in-car technology.
