On November 2, Avita introduced both the extended-range and all-electric versions of the 2025 AVATR 12 Royal Edition, with six models available, priced between 269,900 and 429,900 yuan. For the extended-range model, the range extender is positioned in the front cabin, offering a rated power of 115 kW with a 44.39% thermal efficiency. This configuration achieves a peak power generation of 100 kW, a continuous output of 70 kW, a comprehensive cruising range of up to 1,155 kilometers, and a pure electric range of 245 kilometers under CLTC standards. The all-electric version, with a new master edition and motor updates, provides CLTC ranges of 755 and 705 kilometers. Existing Avita owners will receive new car upgrades at cost price for necessary parts and labor. Additionally, the new Avita 11 is set to debut at the Guangzhou Auto Show.

Exterior Design and Configuration

The 2025 AVATR 12 Royal Edition continues Avita’s signature design elements with a family-style front that includes an identifiable, exaggerated light group and light strip. In the extended-range model, a hidden exhaust pipe design distinguishes it subtly from the pure electric variant, while the front grille and surrounds mark the main differences. Both versions share body dimensions, 21-inch tires, dual-color wheels, a compact electric rear wing, and electronic exterior mirrors. Three laser radars support the upgraded Huawei Qiankun ADS3.0 intelligent driving system, enhancing safety and adaptability.

The newly introduced Royal Theater version features exclusive black and gray two-tone exterior paint, a refined waistline, and distinctive logo placement. Inside, this model includes a two-tone interior with full-grain semi-aniline leather, designed for a premium experience. Deliveries for this model are expected to begin in December.

Inside, the 2025 AVATR 12 Royal Edition maintains Avita’s minimalist and tech-focused design, incorporating electronic exterior mirrors, a long instrument screen, and a 15.6-inch central control screen with HarmonyOS, enhancing ease of use. Notably, the electronic mirrors and flat steering wheel may require some driver adaptation. Standard features across all models include dual zero-gravity seats and a high-quality British Treasure audio system.

Intelligent Driving Capabilities

Huawei’s Qiankun Intelligent Driving ADS 3.0 system equips the 2025 AVATR 12 Royal Edition with advanced features such as three laser radars, GOD perception neural network, PDP decision neural network, and an instinctive safety network. The car also supports intelligent driving navigation from parking space to parking space, which will be enabled in future updates. Additional features include road-adaptive AEB and advanced parking functions.
