Its intelligent drive management system further optimizes performance for everyday use.
The 2025 Audi A3 allstreet TFSI e combines distinctive off-road design with increased ground clearance, differentiating it from other A3 models.
The A3 allstreet plug-in hybrid offers both emission-free local travel and fuel-efficient long-distance driving, supported by high battery capacity and fast DC charging.
The hybrid system features a 1.5-liter TFSI evo2 turbo engine with 110 kW and 250 Nm of torque, paired with an electric motor providing an additional 85 kW and 330 Nm, resulting in a combined output of 204 PS.
Maximum speed reaches 225 km/h, with the electric motor capable of propelling the car up to 140 km/h in EV mode.
The battery offers a capacity of 25.7 kWh, delivering a nearly 140 km electric range based on WLTP standards, ideal for eco-friendly commuting.
Intelligent drive management allows drivers to select EV mode for fully electric driving or use "Auto Hybrid" to balance the combustion engine and electric motor for optimized efficiency.
Regenerative braking and coasting features help to preserve battery charge, utilizing energy recuperation during deceleration or coasting.
The Audi virtual cockpit displays key information such as power usage, drive mode, battery level, and range for enhanced driver awareness.
Fast DC charging up to 50 kW enables recharging from 10% to 80% in under 30 minutes, with three-phase AC charging supported for added convenience.
Starting at 46,000 euros, the A3 allstreet TFSI e includes additional standard features like Audi drive select and auxiliary air conditioning, and it becomes available for order in mid-November.
Performance and Hybrid System
The A3 allstreet plug-in hybrid follows the release of Audi's A3 Sportback TFSI e and is powered by a new 1.5-liter TFSI evo2 turbocharged engine, producing 110 kW (150 PS) and 250 Nm of torque, coupled with an electric motor generating 85 kW and 330 Nm of torque. Together, this system delivers a combined 150 kW (204 PS) and 350 Nm of torque, offering dynamic acceleration and a maximum speed of 225 km/h, with pure electric driving possible up to 140 km/h.
High-Voltage Battery and Range
Equipped with a high-capacity battery of 25.7 kWh (19.7 kWh net), the A3 allstreet TFSI e achieves an impressive electric range of approximately 140 kilometers under WLTP standards. Comprising 96 prismatic cells with 73 ampere-hour capacity, the battery supports extensive local travel with minimal emissions.
Intelligent Drive Management for Efficiency
The A3 allstreet’s hybrid drive management system is engineered for optimal efficiency. Drivers can select electric mode using an EV button or the multi-media interface (MMI), with "Auto Hybrid" mode balancing the use of the combustion engine and electric motor based on driving conditions. The car can coast, regenerate energy during coasting and braking, and provide added boost when needed. This hybrid system consistently reserves battery charge for low-emission zones.
Regenerative Braking and Coasting Features
When the accelerator is released, the A3 allstreet either coasts with engines off or the electric motor recuperates energy, depending on conditions. Steering wheel paddles allow drivers to control the level of coasting recuperation, with regenerative braking seamlessly integrated.
Comprehensive Driver Information Displays
The Audi virtual cockpit, standard in the A3 allstreet, offers clear power, drive mode, battery status, and range displays, with energy flows visualized on the MMI display.
Fast DC Charging Capability
The A3 allstreet TFSI e supports fast DC charging at up to 50 kW, allowing the battery to charge from 10% to 80% in under 30 minutes. Three-phase AC charging at 11 kW is also supported, requiring 2.5 hours for a complete charge. Audi's Mode 3 cable is standard, and the Audi charging service provides access to 630,000 charging points across Europe.
Ride and Dynamics
The A3 allstreet's elevated trim, raised by 15 millimeters compared to the A3 Sportback, combined with its larger tire diameter, offers a total ground clearance increase of 30 millimeters. The spring/damper setup is tailored to the A3 allstreet plug-in hybrid’s specific weight distribution, resulting in a balanced ride and handling experience. Electromechanical steering ensures responsive control at high speeds and optimal support when parking.
Available to Order from November
Starting at 46,000 euros, the A3 allstreet 40 TFSI e includes more standard features than the base A3 allstreet model, such as the Audi drive select dynamic handling system. This system lets drivers switch between various driving modes, from comfort-focused to dynamic settings. Auxiliary air conditioning is also standard, allowing for pre-set cooling or heating. Orders open in mid-November.
