Recently, pictures of the new Wenjie M5 have been exposed again. Compared with the current model, the appearance of the new Wenjie M5 shows a more sporty side, including a blackened design, and Sportier rims. Hongmeng Zhixing officially stated that the cumulative orders for the new Wenjie M5 exceeded 10,000 units within 12 hours of pre-sale. Currently, those who pre-order the new Wenjie M5 before the launch conference on April 23 will enjoy a preferential policy of deducting a deposit of 2,000 yuan from the purchase price of 5,000 yuan. Users with small orders can be given priority to pick up the car.

As for the front face, the new Wenjie M5 has made fine adjustments to the appearance details. The Wenjie LOGO on the front of the car adopts a blackened design, and the silver trim strip on the lower surround has also been replaced with black. Other parts remain the same as cash.

On the side of the body, the camera components on the fenders of the new car and the chrome trim around the windows have all been replaced with blackened designs, and more sporty black double five-spoke wheels with red brake calipers have been installed. The tail logo on the rear of the vehicle (the model name on both sides) also uses black fonts.

The power information has not yet been announced. For reference, the current model has two power options: pure electric and extended range. The electric motor is available with 272 horsepower rear drive and 496 horsepower four-wheel drive. The pure electric rear drive model has a cruising range of 602km and 620km, and the pure electric four-wheel drive model has a cruising range of 534km. The extended-range model is equipped with a 1.5T engine as a range extender. The extended-range rear-wheel drive model has a total power of 272 horsepower, and the four-wheel drive model has a total power of 496 horsepower. The CTLC pure electric range ranges from 230-260km, and the minimum state-of-charge fuel consumption is 6.1 L/ 100km and 6.5L/100km. Quick charging of 20%-80% for both pure electric and extended-range models takes half an hour.
