2025 Acura RDX

Acura introduced the refreshed 2025 RDX performance SUV, elevating the popular 5-passenger SUV with sophisticated styling, an updated cabin, and enhanced technology. The new "frameless" Diamond Pentagon grille and aggressive grille mesh provide a distinctive look. The redesigned center console offers increased storage, larger cupholders, and easier access to the wireless smartphone charger. The standard 10.2-inch HD center display now includes a new wide-screen mode for wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto™ compatibility.

The 2025 RDX will arrive at Acura dealers nationwide later this month. Mike Langel, assistant vice president of Acura National Sales, remarked, "This is the most premium RDX we've ever made," highlighting the strong performance SUV lineup and commitment to Precision Crafted Performance.

Since its debut in 2006, the Acura RDX has sold nearly 800,000 units and continues to grow, with sales up over 25% this year.

Styling Enhancements

The enhanced exterior styling of the new Acura RDX reflects the latest Acura design direction with a "frameless" Diamond Pentagon grille and aggressive grille mesh. The standard RDX features premium gloss-black exterior trim, while all trims receive sportier wheel designs, including new standard Berlina Black 19-inch wheels. The 2025 RDX with Advance Package includes body-color lower exterior trim and redesigned Berlina Black Machine-finished 19-inch wheels with a multi-spoke design.

The RDX A-Spec and A-Spec with Advance Package cater to buyers seeking a sportier appearance, featuring blacked-out exterior treatments, new 20-inch wheels, and A-Spec badges. Exclusive Berlina Black machine-finished 20-inch wheels and a 10-spoke Shark Gray finish design are available for the RDX A-Spec with Advance Package.

Three new paint colors are introduced for 2025: Solar Silver Metallic, Canyon River Blue Metallic, and Urban Gray Pearl, also available on the refreshed 2025 MDX.

Updated Cabin

The RDX cabin is improved with a redesigned center console offering increased storage, larger cupholders, and easier access to the wireless smartphone charger. The standard 10.2-inch HD center display now features a new wide-screen mode for wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto™ compatibility.

The top-of-the-line RDX with Advance Package and A-Spec with Advance Package now feature full-leather upholstery, additional ambient lighting on the center console, and dramatically lit front- and rear-door speaker cones behind acid-etched speaker grilles.

RDX Manufacturing

The third-generation Acura RDX is designed and developed in America and manufactured alongside the Acura MDX at the East Liberty Auto Plant in Ohio. The 2.0-liter VTEC® turbo engine is produced at the Anna Engine Plant in Ohio, while the SH-AWD™ system and 10-speed automatic transmission are manufactured at Honda facilities in Ohio and Georgia, respectively.
