The Eletre comes with an extensive standard specification, including features like active air suspension, continuous damping control, torque vectoring, Lotus Intelligent Dynamic Chassis Control, Matrix LED headlights, Adaptive Cruise Control, and a 1,380W 15-speaker KEF Premium Audio system, among others. The Eletre S variant caters to customers seeking additional luxury and includes features like soft door close, privacy glass, configurable ambient lighting, and a 2,160-watt 23-speaker KEF Reference Audio system. On the other hand, the flagship Eletre R is designed for performance enthusiasts and features the Lotus Dynamic Handling Pack, Carbon Pack, Pirelli P Zero performance tires, and a gloss black finish for the wheels. Additionally, a sixth Drive Mode, "Track," is available exclusively on the Eletre R.

Customers have the opportunity to personalize their Eletre with a comprehensive list of option packs, including the Executive Seat Pack, Comfort Seat Pack, Extended Carbon Fibre Pack, Interior Carbon Fibre Pack, Parking Pack, and Highway Assist Pack.
