The all-wheel drive C1 is built on a 993-generation platform, with the "Triple 4" engine producing 401 horsepower and 426 Nm of torque, supported by advanced components like a 997 GT3 crankshaft, drive-by-wire throttle bodies, and a Motec M150 ECU.

The Kalmar 7-97 C1 boasts adaptive active suspension, a multi-link rear axle, a six-speed gearbox, and ultra-lightweight three-piece split rims. Optional features include a traction control system with Sport mode, a lightweight ceramic braking system, and a front axle lift system. The car's interior is fitted with a full leather design, Recaro sports seats, twin airbags, Bluetooth audio, and rain-sensing wipers. Even the key, designed especially for Kalmar Automotive, features electronic controls for the front luggage compartment and rear deck lid.

The in-house developed 7-97 retains the iconic 911 silhouette while incorporating unique lightweight carbon fiber body panels and electric air conditioning and power steering systems. As a rear-wheel drive, the 7-97 weighs approximately 1150 kg, while the all-wheel drive C1 comes in just under 1215 kg. Lighter versions are available upon request.
