2024 BYD Yuan UP

On February 1, we obtained the official official photo of BYD's new small SUV - Yuan UP model. The car will be launched in March this year. It will belong to the "Yuan" family camp in the future and will be sold through the Dynasty sales network. It will be equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous drive motor with a maximum power of 130 kilowatts. At the same time, the car will have three configuration models in the future, all of which are single-motor versions. The cruising range is expected to be more than 400 kilometers, suitable for urban commuting.

In terms of appearance, BYD Yuan UP is square with a round shape, combining strength and softness. It not only maintains the dragon-face aesthetic design style of the dynasty, but also incorporates more fashionable and youthful elements. Specifically, the car adopts a brand-new design style, with a black decorative panel added to the closed front grille, a Yuan LOGO in small seal script fonts in the center, and the narrow long light groups on both sides, giving a prominent sense of hierarchy. At the same time, its front bumper has a unique shape and is highly recognizable.

Looking from the side of the body, the car uses hidden door handles, and black trim panels and chrome elements are also added to the bottom edge to add an off-road feel. In terms of body size, its length, width and height are 4310/1830/1675mm respectively, and its wheelbase is 2620mm. It is positioned as a small SUV.

BYD Yuan UP has a full and rounded rear profile, and the horizontal through-type taillights complement the cool and cute style of the vehicle. It is worth mentioning that this car is different from the existing Dynasty models in that its rear logo uses the BYD LOGO instead of the same small seal font style as the front of the car. At the same time, the car adopts a light green color scheme and is very young overall.

As BYD's first small SUV equipped with e-platform 3.0, it has led to forward research and development of the entire vehicle, especially in terms of space, energy consumption, and safety, bringing a superior driving experience. In terms of power, according to previous declaration information, the car uses a permanent magnet synchronous drive motor model TZ200XSW, with a maximum power of 130 kilowatts.
