The Q4 35 e-tron simplifies entry into the all-electric premium compact segment with a 55 kWh (52 kWh net) battery. This allows a range of up to 355 kilometers for the SUV and 365 kilometers for the Sportback. Under optimal conditions, the battery charges from 10 to 80 percent in just 25 minutes at a fast-charging station, enabling up to 125 kilometers (130 kilometers for the Sportback) to be recharged in ten minutes. The Q4 35 e-tron accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.0 seconds, with a top speed of 160 km/h.

Advanced Electric Motor Technology

The Q4 35 e-tron is powered by a permanently excited synchronous machine (PSM) with 125 kW (170 hp). This electric motor, featuring sophisticated thermal management, ensures high efficiency and superior power delivery. The cooling system, including a water-cooling jacket on the stator, maintains optimal temperatures in the drivetrain, enhancing performance and efficiency.

Audi Application Store Integration

For the first time, the Audi Application Store will be available in the Q4 e-tron series' Multi-Media Interface (MMI). This integrated app store offers access to a wide selection of popular apps, including news, podcasts, sports, games, and entertainment, without needing a smartphone. A data package of 25 GB for one year is included, which customers can activate free of charge via Cubic Telecom, utilizing the vehicle's external aerial for improved reception quality.

Enhanced Navigation and Connectivity

The Q4 35 e-tron includes a comprehensive navigation update that allows for precise charging planning. Customers can set the desired battery charge level for their destination or select charging stations from specific providers like IONITY. The smartphone interface seamlessly connects the smartphone to the vehicle, displaying content such as navigation, telephony, music, and selected third-party apps on the MMI touch display.

Integration of ChatGPT

Audi is integrating ChatGPT into the online voice input of all Q4 e-tron models. This enhanced voice control feature allows customers to manage infotainment, navigation, and air conditioning using natural language commands. Provided via Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service, ChatGPT integration makes driving safer by allowing drivers to request information without taking their eyes off the road.

Starting at 45,600 euros, the Q4 35 e-tron offers extensive standard equipment, including Audi MMI navigation plus, Audi Connect navigation and infotainment, and a fully digital 10.25-inch Audi virtual cockpit instrument cluster. The Sportback variant is priced at 47,600 euros. Additional standard features include an electrically operated boot lid, heated front seats, and the option for a convenience key that responds to foot gestures.
