Lynk & Co 08, as the first mass-produced model of the new urban opposition aesthetic design style, has opened a new chapter of Lynk & Co’s design language. It continues to upgrade on the basis of The Next Day design language, so as to create a more recognizable shape. Specifically, the car still uses split headlights and is upgraded for daytime running lights. The Y-shaped design greatly enhances the fashion of this car.

Lynk & Co 09 has a stable horizontal and vertical style, while Lynk & Co 08 deliberately avoids such a design. It uses many fold lines, coupled with unique black wheel eyebrows and side skirts, to be more unique and fashionable. The D-pillar design of the new car is similar to Lynk & Co 09, but the angle of inclination of the rear window is larger. According to the official statement, there is a longitudinally extending LOGO breathing light strip on each side of the front of the car, which displays the breathing light effect as the vehicle is charged, and flashes to welcome the user when they approach the vehicle. At the rear, it adopts the popular through-type taillight group to enhance the visual layering.

Just today, Lynk & Co and Meizu officially announced that they have become strategic ecological partners. Lynk & Co 08 will be equipped with the Flyme Auto Meizu car-machine system, but more information about the cooperation between the two parties and the car-machine system has yet to be officially announced. For the power part, Lynk & Co 08 will be equipped with a newly developed four-cylinder electric hybrid engine and electric hybrid gearbox under the Lynk E-Motive intelligent electric hybrid system. The official details have not yet been announced, and it is expected to focus on 1.5T plug-in hybrid.
