2023 Hyundai Creta N Line Night Edition

Hyundai Motor Brasil further expands the sophistication of its portfolio with the arrival of the Hyundai CRETA N Line Night Edition SUV. The special series, limited to 900 units, arrives under the model year 23/24 and features a unique look, with black finishes, combining sportiness and elegance with items of safety, connectivity, comfort and convenience. Among the highlights, for the first time, Hyundai equips a vehicle produced in Brazil with premium sound signed by the Bose® brand. With sales scheduled for the beginning of April, there will be a special pre-sale for just 300 units starting March 13th, with a suggested retail price of R$ 181,490. To make this special series even more exclusive, the vehicles feature personalized front door sills, numbered from 001 to 900. It is on the sills that the Night Edition nomenclature appears, accompanied by the N Line emblem. The N Line badge is also applied to the fenders and front grille.

Distinctive design, even more sophisticated

The limited edition hits the market with new visuals, adding details in black. In the external design, the model stands out for the N Line front grille with dark chrome finish also in the Hyundai logo, finishing that is repeated in the rear logos. The side skirts and front and rear bumper protectors are in black with graphite details. The updates also include the exterior mirrors in glossy black, exterior door handles in the vehicle’s color and alloy wheels with an exclusive N Line design painted in 18″ gloss black and 215/55 R18 tires. The exterior paintwork available is Black Onix, Atlas White and Silk Grey, the latter two with the option of a black roof (Dual Tone).

Following the CRETA N Line line, the Night Edition version also has LED headlights and taillights with a darkened finish and an exhaust pipe with two visible tips. Inside, the special series maintains attractive and sophisticated details, such as the interior finish of the roof in black, seats covered in synthetic leather in black with N Line emblem and red stitching that is also present on the gear lever and steering wheel. . Finally, the panoramic sunroof, with one of the largest glass areas on the market, completes the look and experience on board.

In addition to the look, more equipment and premium Bose® sound system

As it is positioned above the line-up CRETA N Line, the Night Edition series offers the complete Advanced Driving Assistance (ADAS) package, hitherto only available in the top Ultimate version. New features include Adaptive Cruise Control (SCC) and Autonomous Braking System for cars, pedestrians and cyclists and also for left-hand convergence (FCA-JT).

Another innovation is the Bose® premium sound system, making the experience unique for the vehicle’s occupants. There are eight high-performance speakers, including: a 3.25-inch mid/high-range center speaker, two 1-inch tweeters, two 6.5-inch front speakers, two 6.5-inch rear speakers, 5.25 inches, plus a 5.25-inch subwoofer installed in the trunk.

In addition to having a 6-channel amplifier, CRETA N Line Night Edition offers dynamic speed compensation technology, which monitors vehicle speed and automatically adjusts aspects of the music to ensure consistent listening, improving the experience for occupants.

The 2.0L Smartstream aspirated engine, which was updated in 2021 with an 8% improvement in fuel consumption, equips the Hyundai Creta N Line Night Edition, offering 167 horsepower, with a maximum torque of 20.6 kgf.m at 4,700 RPM. The automatic transmission is a six-speed.

Complementing the design and the introduction of new comfort features and safety equipment, the Creta N Line Night Edition has technical changes in its structure. New shock absorbers and front springs made the suspension stiffer. A new calibration was also inserted, making the electric steering firmer, when compared to the previous Creta N Line.

Bluelink connectivity

As in the line-up N Line version, the Hyundai Creta N Line Night Edition has the 10.25-inch BlueNav multimedia center, which is the largest screen in the category with on-board navigation. There is also a complete package of Bluelink functions to offer more security, with features such as the 360º Smart Camera, which also allows remote monitoring of the vehicle’s surroundings; more comfort, with climate control and voice control features; and more convenience for the driver, through the search tools for points of interest, real-time locations, traffic information and the destination guide mode, all acting directly on the vehicle’s GPS.

The Bluelink usage package is free for three years, valid from the vehicle purchase date. After this period, the services will have a monthly fee starting at R$ 29.90.

Brand N Line

The N brand was created in 2015 with the mission of expanding Hyundai’s product portfolio, developing high-performance vehicles with a focus on racing tracks. The name “N” is inspired by the shape of the chicanes, challenging corners that demand a lot of driver technique and car performance; it is also a tribute to Namyang, the city in South Korea where Hyundai’s Research and Development center is located, and the Nürburgring, the famous European racing circuit where N vehicles are tested.
