The two potent electric motors work seamlessly to provide the primary driving force for the all-new Civic. The engine is controlled by a compact Power Control unit, now located under the bonnet with the rest of the powertrain. Underneath the rear seats, the Intelligent Power Unit has been further improved, offering increased energy density while reducing size and weight. The e:HEV system effortlessly transitions between EV, Hybrid, and Engine drive modes, requiring no input from the driver.
