BYD Han EV, the latest addition to the BYD Han EV lineup, was officially launched on May 18. With a range of six models to choose from, priced between 189,800 and 249,800 yuan, this new release offers enhanced design, interior upgrades, refreshed chassis, and the introduction of a stunning glacier blue color option. Moreover, a 200km pure electric battery life version has been included in the lineup.

Exterior Design: A Blend of Elegance and Distinctiveness

The exterior design of the Han DM-i Champion Edition maintains the aesthetic appeal of the previous Han DM-i models. The front fascia showcases a vase-style grille with a scale-like dot matrix pattern, elegantly connected to the headlight group. The use of multiple lenses in the headlight group and fierce-looking air intakes on the sides further emphasize its unique character. Notably, the design differences between the Han DM-i and Han EV models are clearly evident in the front face. Additionally, the introduction of the glacier blue color, featuring a pearlescent coated aluminum powder, adds a metallic texture and layered effect. The side profile is accentuated by a waistline running through the body, complemented by the discreet placement of hidden door handles. To ensure optimal ride quality, the BYD Han EV features the FSD variable damping suspension system. This intelligent system adjusts the damping force automatically based on changes in the road surface, adapting to different road conditions and enhancing the overall driving experience. On smooth urban roads, the damping force increases, providing better body support and maintaining vehicle stability. When encountering road irregularities such as potholes or speed bumps, the shock absorber damping quickly decreases, effectively filtering out vibrations and improving ride comfort by mitigating road bumps and impacts.
