The BRABUS 800 4×4² STEALTH GREEN is a limited-edition supercar developed with high-performance and off-road capabilities in mind. Its striking “Stealth Green” paintwork complements its powerful design. The engineers and designers at BRABUS chose the Mercedes-AMG G 63 4×4² with portal axles as the ideal foundation for this exceptional vehicle. The special axle design provides enhanced off-road qualities and significantly greater axle articulation compared to a standard G 63, thanks to its unconventional chassis.

Off-Road Features: Wheels, Tires, and Bodywork

To optimize off-road performance, BRABUS developed tailor-made Monoblock HD wheels with an eight-lug bolt pattern that perfectly fits the portal axles. These wheels are forged using advanced technology and designed for the toughest off-road missions. The 9.5Jx22 wheels are paired with all-terrain tires (size 325/55 R 22) for optimal traction. The fender flares are enhanced with exposed-carbon extensions, while the glossy black rims showcase “Stealth Green” brake calipers.

At the front, the BRABUS fascia incorporates an integrated exposed-carbon skid plate, LED side markers, and a powerful winch with a line pull capacity of 4,500 kilograms (9,900 lbs.). A carbon radiator grille with the BRABUS logo and “Stealth Green” signature stripes adds a distinctive touch. The carbon “Powerdome” with a high-gloss sealed finish further enhances the front-end design.

The bodywork modifications include a carbon wind deflector above the windshield, featuring integrated LED high-performance lights that illuminate the terrain. The roof rack spans the entire roof and directs airflow, while also providing integral mounting brackets for an axe and a spade. Additionally, a rear-mounted ladder facilitates loading and unloading of the spacious luggage carrier.

To address the G-Class model’s tall step-in height, BRABUS offers custom retractable steps that enhance accessibility and safety when entering and exiting the vehicle. Special door hinges increase the rear doors’ opening angle to 90 degrees, facilitating access to the rear bench seat.

The rear view of the BRABUS 800 4×4² STEALTH GREEN is characterized by the BRABUS rear fascia, featuring an integral carbon skid plate and a carbon fiber spare wheel cover. Carbon accents with a high-gloss sealed finish are also present on the door handles and rub strips, completing the vehicle’s visually captivating off-road appearance.

The Mercedes-AMG G 63 4×4²’s four-liter, twin-turbo, eight-cylinder engine undergoes an extensive vitalization treatment by BRABUS. The BRABUS B40S-800 PowerXtra performance upgrade increases peak power by 158 kW / 215 hp (212 bhp) and peak torque by 140 Nm (103 lb-ft). This enhancement includes two high-performance turbos with a larger compressor unit and a reinforced axial bearing. The system generates a maximum boost pressure of 1.6 bar. The plug-and-play BRABUS PowerXtra auxiliary control unit is seamlessly integrated with the engine management system, providing optimized maps for injection, ignition, and electronic boost pressure control. The BRABUS BoostXtra valves produce an exhilarating blow-off noise when the driver lifts off the gas.

The result of these modifications is impressive: The BRABUS 800 4×4² STEALTH GREEN achieves a peak power output of 588 kW / 800 hp (789 bhp) at 6,600 rpm and a massive torque of 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft), available from as low as 3,600 rpm. The automatic transmission harmonizes perfectly with this power, and the vehicle can be manually shifted using the ergonomic BRABUS carbon paddle shifters on the steering wheel. With the BRABUS B40S-800 PowerXtra engine tuning, the supercar accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.6 seconds. Due to its high center of gravity and all-terrain tires, the top speed is electronically limited to 210 km/h (130 mph).
