2021 RAM 2500 Brazilian Version

Right now we’re not going to talk about the new model that’s on the way, but now we’re announcing another Ram release scheduled for the end of the year. The brand is getting even closer to the equestrian universe and is preparing the arrival of the Ram 2500 Laramie Quarter Horse. Limited in 52 units, it will come to celebrate 52 years of the Brazilian Quarter Horse Breeders Association (ABQM), a traditional Ram partner, and will be sold exclusively to members of the entity. All copies were pre-reserved within an hour, based on the transmission made by ABQM’s YouTube, this Thursday night (19th). The pickup will have the same gooseneck (gooseneck) hitch bucket as the 2500 Rodeo, launched last May. The chrome grille, the wheels and the lights above the cab (cab lights) will be other common points. Unlike the front seat configuration, which will have the normal Laramie’s large center console instead of the Rodeo’s extra folding backrest, which leaves it with the ability to carry six occupants.

But the 2500 Quarter Mile Ram will go far beyond the name and the emblem on the sides will be the smallest of the exclusives. Among the differentials, the novelty will come with electric stirrups, which are retracted with the doors closed and automatically descend when opening one of them. And, most importantly, the technological package will be reinforced with new items for the 2500 in the country and which debuted here with the new arrival 1500 Rebel.

Regarding safety, the new features are frontal collision alert with automatic braking (FCW+), lane stay assistant (LDW+) and adaptive speed control with Stop&Go (ACC+), which acts specifically with trailer hitched, automatically selecting the greatest possible distance from the vehicle in front.

This new special series of the Ram 2500 will also receive the following luxury equipment: internal digital rearview mirror, induction cell phone charger (RamCharger), side rear seat heating and premium Harman Kardon® audio system, with 750W of power, 16 speakers and a 10” subwoofer (remember that on the Ram 1500 the sound is even more powerful, with 19 speakers and 900 W).

The Ram 2500 Quarter Mile will be offered with the body in Pearl White or Diamond Black, with a choice of black or beige with brown interior. More details, such as the price, will be released later.
